Eleanore Altman is a graduate of the post-graduate couple and family therapy program at the Argyle Institute of Human Relations in Montreal, Quebec. She works with youth, adults, couples, and families, and is proud to serve the LGBTQ community. Her areas of interest in both research and practice include trauma and recovery, working with survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence, intergenerational issues in families, transcultural work and anti-oppressive approaches, as well as the application of concepts from Buddhist philosophy in modern psychotherapy. Eleanore provides services in both English and French.

Eleanore Altman a complété le programme post-maîtrise en thérapie conjugale et familiale de l’Institut Argyle des Relations Humaines à Montréal. Elle travaille avec les jeunes, les adolescent(e)s, les couples et les familles, et elle est fière de travailler dans la communauté LGBTQ. Ses intérêts de recherche et de pratique portent sur la guérison des traumatismes, le travail avec les victimes de violence physique et/ou sexuelle, les problèmes intergénérationnels, le travail transculturel et les approches anti-oppressives, et l’application des concepts de la philosophie Bouddhiste en psychothérapie. Eleanore offre des services en anglais et en français.
