I truly believe that everyone requires a support system that is safe and accepting of who we are, where we are and how we live our lives. I have over 20 years’ experience working with children and families in both educational and social service organizations.
I also work with individuals and couples. I feel that I can be a part of your support team to help you get to where you want to be and live the life you want to live. I utilize the following approaches: Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
