My personal approach to therapy draws on a delicate balance of formal knowledge, personal experience, and intuition. I apply a creative and integrative approach that ranges from the experiential to the narrative, observing systems and attachment styles that inform dynamics occurring in everyday life, at work, in couple relationships and in the family. I use a client-centered approach that emphasizes safety and collaboration while providing strong leadership and a range of exploration opportunities tailored to the individual, couple, family or group.
